What is a pen name?
A secret pen name is a pen name that an author uses without revealing their true identity. It’s also
sometimes called an anonymous pen name. Unlike a regular pen name, which is often used for branding and marketing purposes, a secret pen name is used to keep the author’s identity hidden from the public. This may be done for a variety of reasons, such as to avoid unwanted attention, to protect the author’s privacy, or to write about sensitive or controversial topics without fear of repercussions.
